Wedding Post: Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue

I'm not sure where this tradition came from but I thought I would involve it in wedding planning because it seemed kind of fun (unlike the garter and bouquet toss, which are not really my thing).

So here's my traditional old, new, borrowed, and blue.

Old: Vintage silver clutch
I found this small clutch on Etsy. The seller said it dates from about the 1950's and has original tags from Gala company in Japan.

New: Dress, shoes, veil
I'll be sure to post a photo of these after the wedding!

Borrowed: Mom and dad's wedding cake topper
While I'm not exactly wearing it, I thought it was adorable and is part of the wedding. And the hair colors and cuts match almost exactly!

Blue: Remembrance charm
My sister bought me a charm to put around my bouquet that has the initials of my grandparents and Tim's grandparents that have passed on. It's a way to have them there in spirit.
