In no particular order.
I felt compelled (and somewhat obligated) to post a Thanksgiving post for everything wonderful in my life. For me, Thanksgiving does not come once a year. Every day I wake up and am thankful to God for all of the wonderful people, places and things that I interact with every day. I rejoice in the delicious food I get to eat year round, not just on Thanksgiving, and I try my hardest to spend time with the ones I love 365 days, not just one day. But Thanksgiving is that time to gently remind you, in case you have forgotten, of all the freedom, experience, love, gratitude, happiness, safety, ability, peace, and overall positive that we should focus on and rejoice in.
How did you celebrate your thankfulness?
I have been celebrating mine with a newfound skill for baking. I always associate myself with being a better cook than baker, but my mad baking skills have come to fruition, with the help of my friends Mr. stick of butter and Ms. cup of sugar. These naughty but delicious holiday treats are meant to be enjoyed in moderation.
Debora Madison's Cinnamon Buns for a girls' brunch this morning
Been balancing these treats off with some great quality walking and running time with the ones I love.
Question of the Day: Is your cup half-full or half-empty? Mine used to be half-empty, but is currently half-full.

Half Full!!! It's much more fun to be happy. Your desserts look delicious.
ReplyDeleteI've been a total baking machine lately! Isn't it so much fun?? I'm always half-full :) At leastI try my very best to be! Life is better that way :)
